• Order cut-off time: 05:00 PM USA Summer Time (New York).
• Order handling time: 0–1 business day (Monday to Friday).

• We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx to deliver products.
• For Manufacturer Direct Shipping (see Section G), carriers may vary depending on the manufacturer’s choice.

1. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

• We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit.
