Shipping Policy (USA Orders)
This policy is applicable to orders shipped within the USA. It is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping practices and procedures. By ordering from our store, you accept the policies contained herein.
- SHIPPING COSTS
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- All merchant-imposed fees (such as handling, packaging, or service charges) are included in the displayed shipping cost.
- Government-imposed fees (such as customs duties, import/export taxes, or VAT required by authorities) are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Customers are responsible for paying these directly to the relevant authority if applicable.
- TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
- In general, shipments are in transit for 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order cut-off time:Â 05:00 PM USA Summer Time (New York).
- Order handling time: 0–1 business day (Monday to Friday).
- DELIVERY TERMS
- We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx to deliver products.
- For Manufacturer Direct Shipping (see Section G), carriers may vary depending on the manufacturer’s choice.
- CHANGE OF ADDRESS
- We cannot change the delivery address once an order is in transit.
- If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@fivetownsgift.com.
- CANCELLATIONS
- You may cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched.
- If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.
